Starting January 19, 2026, Royal Mail has stop providing self-adhesive thermal label rolls for free to business customers.

• Royal Mail previously supplied thermal label rolls free of charge.
• From January 2026, this is no longer the case.
• Businesses using Royal Mail labels now need to purchase their own rolls.
• Customers report they are now limited to max 5 rolls per order.
