Delivery Information

 

Standard Deliveries

Our dedicated despatch team are ready to process your orders for a next day delivery on all stock lines (orders processed before 3pm).

 

Delivery Charges

We provide free delivery to UK Mainland to approved Credit Account customers (contact our sales team to apply).
For online orders paid by credit/debit card over £150.00 + VAT, delivery is FREE to mainland UK.
For online orders that total less than this value, an £12.50 delivery charge is added.
For Ireland and Northern Ireland please call for Carriage Costs.

 

Urgent Fast-Track Deliveries

If you urgently need your items sooner than next day - call 08000 540 100 and speak to our sales team to ask if we can accommodate a same day delivery.
Urgent orders or same day delivery may incur a delivery charge, please check with the sales team before placing your order.

 

Weekends & Bank Holidays

If your order is placed on Friday after 3pm, it may not be processed / despatched until Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Please note that we do not process orders during UK public bank holidays.
Orders will be processed on the first working day back.

Examples:
Orders received late Friday or over a regular weekend will be processed on the Monday.
Orders placed late Friday or over a long weekend with a bank holiday Monday, will be processed on the Tuesday.

 

Delivery Areas

Local - For deliveries in East Anglia and the East Midlands, we offer an excellent delivery service using our own fleet of vehicles to Northampton, Bedford, Cambridge, Milton Keynes, Thetford, Norwich and the surrounding areas.

Nationwide - For nationwide deliveries we use a trusted courier service.

 

Nationwide Delivery - Large / bulky items over 25kg

For delivery of large and bulky items outside our local area, please call for a delivery quote.
Bulky items include bubble wrap rolls, corrugated rolls, machinery or other large items that are above a carriage weight of 25kg or considered bulky.
While we aim to deliver with our own fleet whenever possible, for deliveries further afield or for some bulky items, we may use our trusted 3rd party delivery partners.

 

Delivery of Goods

Upon despatch of your order, a proof of delivery sheet will be produced and provided ready to confirm receipt of your delivery.
Please sign and date this sheet, then return this to the driver. We hold this document on our system for further documentation.

We ask that you please open and fully check the contents of your delivery before signing to confirm receipt. However, we do understand this may not be convenient and therefore offer a 3 day window of opportunity to check this off.
If the delivery is not correct and you would like to get this corrected, please contact us at sales@bonustrading.co.uk where we will be able to assist you further.

Upon delivery, if you're not able to receive this delivery, the order will be return to our despatch warehouse where we will await further instructions.
We may contact you further to arrange this delivery at a more suitable time.
