Standard Deliveries

Our dedicated despatch team processes all stock orders for next day delivery (on orders placed before 3pm).

Delivery Charges

FREE delivery to UK mainland is available for:

  • Approved Premium Trade Account holders.
  • Orders over £250 (excl. VAT) (credit/debit card payments).

For orders under this value, a £12.50 +VAT delivery fee applies.

Additional charges may apply to:

  • Bulky, palletised, lower-value items (eg. multiple bubble wrap rolls).
  • Orders delivered outside standard courier parameters.

If an additional charge affects your order, we will contact you before despatch.

Urgent Fast-Track Deliveries

Need your items sooner than next day?
Call 08000 540 100 and our sales team will confirm if same day delivery is possible.
Additional charges may apply for urgent deliveries.

 

Weekends & Bank Holidays

If your order is placed on Friday after 3pm, it may not be processed / despatched until Monday, for delivery Tuesday.

Please note that we do not process orders during weekends or UK public bank holidays.
Orders will be processed on the first working day back.

Examples:
Orders received late Friday or over a regular weekend will be processed on the Monday.
Orders placed late Friday or over a long weekend with a bank holiday Monday, will be processed on the Tuesday.

We close for the Christmas period, with no order processing or deliveries from Christmas Day to New Years Day.

 

Delivery Areas

Local - For deliveries in East Anglia and the East Midlands, we deliver using our own fleet of vehicles, covering Northampton, Bedford, Cambridge, Milton Keynes, Thetford, Norwich and the surrounding areas.

Nationwide - For all other areas, we use trusted courier and pallet networks.

 

Large / Bulky Deliveries (Over 25kg)

Some large or bulky items (e.g. bubble wrap rolls, corrugated rolls, machinery) may require additional delivery charges outside our local area.

Delivery of Goods

Upon despatch, a proof of delivery sheet will be provided. Please sign and date this to confirm receipt.

We recommend opening and checking goods on delivery, before signing. If this is not possible, you should check your order within 3 working days and report any issues to our sales team at sales@bonustrading.co.uk.

If delivery cannot be accepted, your order will be returned to our warehouse and we'll contact you to rearrange.
