Packaging and Labelling Equipment Repair

Here at Bonus Trading, we can offer you a wide range of tool repair services with no hassle. This includes strapping tools and machines, Ripack heat shrink guns and pallet wrapping machines.

We will collect your tool and one of our qualified engineers will inspect it, or organise a visit if it be a strapping machine or pallet wrapper, and diagnose the fault. Once we have a diagnosis, we will then advise you of the fault with a quotation. Even if your product is beyond economical repair, we offer you the option for repair or buy new.

Once you have your quote and you would like to proceed, we will process your repair and aim to have the tool repaired and back to you within 7-10 days, parts dependent. We also offer a repair and servicing agreement for strapping machines with an expected turnaround of 48 hours.
