Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

 

We want you to be confident about every order you place with Bonus Trading.
Have peace of mind that the products you purchase from us can be returned in their original condition and we will give you a refund.

If you have a discrepancy with your order, please email sales@bonustrading.co.uk within 3 working days of receipt of the goods as this may be eligible for a full refund.

If you’re returning goods unwanted, there may be a re-stocking fee applicable and you will bear the cost of carriage for returned goods incorrectly ordered. However, this will be confirmed once we contact you further.
Only unopened products maybe returned for a refund.
We can also refuse any returned products if we believed these may not be suitable for re-stock.

Our business is a registered BRCGS certified site.

Bespoke products

This policy does not apply to bespoke goods, unless they are faulty.

How to return goods

Please email sales@bonustrading.co.uk, stating:

  • Your account number
  • Order number
  • Details of the discrepancy
  • Part number(s) of relevant goods

You will be contacted by our Customer Service team, who will arrange collection and/or exchange of goods, or refund/credit if required.
If due, a refund or credit to your customer account will only be applied once goods have been processed through our warehouse and approved.
This process can take up to 5 business days from receipt of goods here at Bonus Trading.
