Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

 

We want you to be confident about every order you place with Bonus Trading. You have peace of mind that the products you purchase from us can be returned in their original condition and we will give you a full refund.

If you have a discrepancy with your order, please email sales@bonustrading.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If you’re returning goods unwanted, there may be a re-stocking fee applicable. However, this will be confirmed once we contact you further. Our business is a registered BRC certified site. Only unopened products maybe returned for a full refund, we can also refuse any returned products if we believed these may not be suitable for re-stock.

Bespoke Products

This policy does not apply to bespoke goods, unless they are faulty.

How

Please state your account number, order number, details of the discrepancy along with the part number of goods.
You will be contacted by our Customer Service team, who will arrange collection and/or exchange of goods or credit if required. If a credit is due, this will only be applied to your account once goods have been processed through our warehouse and approved. This process can take up to 5 business days from receipt of goods here at Bonus Trading.
