Our customer approached us with the need for a range of strong, versatile boxes, suitable for their online retail sales, specifically higher value items.
As they sell an array of different products to consumers, the boxes needed to protect a variety of shapes, weights and type of item.
Being an ecommerce seller, they sometimes have goods returned by post. A requirement was for the packaging to assist in the returns process, making it as simple and as hassle free as possible for their customers.
Our solution
We supplied crash-lock boxes, these are stored flat and quickly assembled without need for additional adhesive or fixings.
Due to the robust structure and self-seal strip, no tape is required, meaning a more sustainable solution than many alternatives.
The lid flap features a ripper strip for easy opening, with a second self-seal adhesive strip for customers to use when returning an item.
