Bonus Trading provides a wide range of hassle-free packaging equipment maintenance, servicing and repair. We'll support you with most types of equipment, including pallet wrapping machines, strapping tools & machines, label printers, heat shrink guns & chambers, taping machines, shredders, and more.
For many types of equipment, we will arrange an on-site visit from a technician. This is usually the fastest method, with urgent repairs being resolved quickly.
Some portable tools and equipment may be collected, and returned as soon as possible. We aim for 7-10 days, parts dependent. Label printer repairs could be faster.
- A technician will inspect and diagnose any faults, or/and perform a pre-planned service.
- If repair or further maintenance is required, we will advise with a quotation so you can decide how to proceed.
- Upon confirmation, the necessary repairs will be carried out. For on-site maintenance, this may require a second visit.
We offer periodic servicing packages for some equipment and machinery, these include regular planned inspection and maintenance, and discounted parts.
