We provide free delivery to UK Mainland to approved Credit Account customers (contact our sales team to apply).
For online orders paid by credit/debit card over £85.00 + VAT, delivery is FREE.
For online orders less than this, an £8.50 delivery charge is added.
For Ireland and Northern Ireland please call for Carriage Costs.
Local - For deliveries in East Anglia and the East Midlands, we offer an excellent delivery service using our own fleet of vehicles.
Nationwide - For nationwide deliveries we use a trusted courier service.
Urgent orders or same day delivery may incur a delivery charge, please call and check with the sales team before placing your order.
Nationwide delivery - Bulky items over 25kg
For delivery of large and bulky items outside our local area, please call for a delivery quote.
Bulky items include bubble wrap rolls, corrugated rolls, machinery or other large items that are above a carriage weight of 25kg or considered bulky.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of goods for any reason unless prior agreement has been received.
Once the returns form has been fully completed, please forward via e-mail, you will be contacted by our customer care team to arrange collection or exchange goods, once the returned item has been received we will replace or refund as required. Please read carefully the below information.
We will not accept returns on opened, used items or perishable, bespoke/made-to-order products, unless the item is found to be faulty.
We cannot be held responsible for any losses caused as a result of any postal, courier or third party services used when returning an item.
If you are returning the item due to an error made by incorrect ordering of product(s), we reserve the right to charge for correct items and postage for replacement products. If the item is no longer required a restocking charge and carriage will apply.
Any goods received must be in good condition and carefully repacked.
